- Military Veteran Evaluation $64New or renewing Military Veterans
- Increased Plant Count Evaluation (new or renewing) $250Increased plant count (up to 24 plants / 8 ounces) available on a case by case basis. Medical records and/or previous increased plant count doctor evaluations required.
